During our coaching session we will discuss an area of your life that you’d like to change. You will create a wellness vision of your best self to help you focus on your priorities and move your values into action. The next step is to create some SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-framed) three monthly goals – things you will be doing differently in three months time. To get you started, we will set some weekly goals to help you create new habits. Step by step you will try different things and see what works, gaining more confidence as you move slowly towards the direction of achieving your wellness goals.

Path To Wellness
(Initial Session – 90 mins)
Ongoing coaching is designed to dig deeper into your journey and help you maintain your motivation, keep you accountable, and celebrate your achievements. It takes an average of 83 days to form a habit. Coaching is the process of helping people change or create new habits.
We need slow and steady steps that become familiar routines to get you to where you want to be. By working together, your new behavior will set you on the path toward lifestyle changes to improve health. Ongoing coaching sessions are done via FaceTime or Phone.
